The Poweramp® VH Series hydraulic dock leveler is a fully hydraulic, feature-packed product for the value minded consumer. The VH Series leveler combines superior structural steel ramp design with over 40 years of proven hydraulic operation to produce a safe, reliable, yet economic hydraulic dock leveler. Hydraulic levelers use integrated features to improve safety and also save valuable time in operation and maintenance.

VH Series levelers come in 6’, 6’6”, & 7’ standard widths, and 6’, 8’, 10’, & 12’ standard lengths. Other lengths may be available upon request. Standard capacities for the VH Series are 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, 50K and 60K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

In-Line Velocity Fuse

• Dock leveler free fall protection is built into the main lifting cylinder and can never be removed. Far safer than standard inline velocity fuse protection.

Fluid Logic Block

• The Fluid Logic Block mechanically controls the flow of hydraulic fluid from the main lifting cylinder to the lip cylinder, this method is far more reliable than standard coil and shuttle valve style flow diversion

Optional Inter-lockable Electrical Push Button Controls

• The leveler can utilize an inter-lockable electrical push-button. This feature allows the leveler to be easily interlocked to the overhead door , red green outside lights truck restraints or other items at the loading dock.

Recessing Lip Cylinder

• The lip cylinder recesses away from the lip after the leveler has rested on the back of the truck preventing wear on the seals while the leveler moves up and down with the bed of truck.

Sliding Style Toe Guards

• This leveler utilizes sliding style toe guards for added safety

Easy Clean Design

• The VH frame design allows for easy cleaning of the pit.

All Structural Steel Design
This leveler utilizes all structural steel support members providing the most reliable support and strongest bridge.
